How it works?
1. Register
Press ‘Get Started’ and Register your interest for a Free Kleber trial by filling out this form.
2. Your Account
DataTools will reply to you with your DataTools Kleber account credentials. Your will receive an email with your custom Kleber Request URL and your Kleber API Key.
For security, the last 5 characters of your Kleber Key will be sent to your mobile in a text message.
3. Setup
Add the Kleber Request URL and API Key into the Apparel 21 System Parameters settings screen.
4. Enjoy!
Your service should now be up and running.
Capture addresses faster and more accurately in your Apparel 21 POS and/or Web store.
The address capture and repair feature will automatically be available when entering new orders.
What’s next?
DataTools will compile for you a complimentary report that shows your usage of the Kleber service over the 3 month period. Accompanying the report will be a quote for continuing the service past the special promotional period.
There is no obligation for you to continue. But we hope you LOVE the service so much that you do.
If you decide not to continue, no problem. Simply remove the Kleber credentials you added in Step 3 and your POS and/or Web store will go back to the way it was before the special promotion.

Terms and Conditions
*1. The DataTools and Apparel21 special promotion is available to all attendees at the Apparel21 event who do not yet subscribe to the DataTools Kleber Service for their Apparel21 POS and/or Web store.
2. The promotion is for unlimited Australian and New Zealand address captures and email validation services within the Apparel21 POS and/or Web store from the 18th of August 2025 through to the 21st of November 2025 (“August 2025 Promotion Trial Period”).
3. No other DataTools validation services, including international addressing or phone number validation, are included in this offer. These services can be purchased separately.
4. DataTools reserves its rights to change, amend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
5. By registering for this promotion, Apparel21 clients agree that access to or use of the Kleber Service is subject to the DataTools SaaS Agreement terms and consent to their contact details being used by DataTools for the purposes of this promotion in accordance with the DataTools Privacy Policy.
6. Upon completion of the August 2025 Promotion Trial Period, the Customer agrees to de-activate their access to the Kleber Service within the AP21 Retail POS and cease using the Kleber Services. If the Customer does not de-activate their access or cease using any portion of the Kleber Services, the Customer agrees that it shall be liable to pay for fees relating to such usage as invoiced by DataTools (in accordance with the DataTools payment terms set out in the DataTools SaaS Agreement terms), and that this shall be in lieu of an executed order.
