At DataTools we are dedicated to making sure that our customers get the most from their DataTools software. We back our commitment by including unlimited quality support via phone, email, web chat and (if required) remote access with all our software. It covers any problems you have with installing or using the software.

All support is supplied by highly qualified data quality specialists and is available between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time).

Software Updates

With a DataTools software subscription you never have to worry about purchasing future upgrades as they are all included in your subscription.

The DataTools software is always being updated to further enhance its features.

Service Status Page

Provides real time information on the current status of Kleber, Correct Address+ and Express Capture cloud services along with notifications regarding updates, incidents etc.

Missing Address Enquiries

If you find an address that you believe is missing from the Australian or New Zealand PAF, DataTools can investigate the address further with the local postal authority.

My Account

Use Kleber or Express Capture? 

Your My Account area provides information such as your profile details, notifications, subscription details, and usage information.

Software Subscription

We are so dedicated to giving great software and service that we do not require our users to be signed up to any long term contracts. When you purchase a DataTools Software product everything required by the software is included with no extra costs. 

This includes the software and data file updates as well as unlimited support. When it’s time to renew, if you decide you would like to continue with the software and service, all you need to do is simply resubscribe. Otherwise you can end the subscription with no hassles.
