    Our client is a faith-based mission group working in partnership with Christian churches across Australia and abroad. They translate, distribute, and interpret religious literature for vulnerable individuals, connecting with people who share their values and offering support through Scripture-based campaigns and community programs.

    This group is widely supported by churches across multiple denominations and collaborates with organisations in publishing, literacy development, and youth engagement. But in order to deliver their message effectively, they needed one thing: clean, trusted data.

    The Mission: Improve Donor Reach

     

    As the organisation expanded and reached new supporters, they wanted to improve donor reach and strengthen long-term relationships. Every new donor they connected with added valuable insights—helping them refine their strategy, understand giving patterns, and tailor future campaigns with precision.

    The Challenge

     

    1. Expansion Without Compromising Data Integrity (2002)

     

    Back in 2002, the group was growing rapidly. They needed a better way to clean and validate their supporter data, and we knew the Rapid Addressing Tool (RAT) could help them do just that.

    2. Integrating With a Modern CRM (2021)

     

    Fast forward to 2021, the team was preparing to implement a new CRM—NetSuite—and reached out to us again. They weren’t struggling with reach; they had plenty of donors. What they needed now was front-end address validation to catch errors before they reached the database.

    The priority was clear: real-time validation on their WordPress site and validated addresses for mail barcoding to streamline donor communications.

    The Process

     

    Our relationship with the client started in 2002 and grew alongside their organisation. After two decades of successful use with RAT, they transitioned seamlessly to Kleber.

    In 2021, they moved to an annual Kleber plan to support their operations across multiple systems—bridging both web and CRM environments.
