As a Casual Customer Service consultant, your primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service over the phone. Additionally, you will assist various departments with ad hoc tasks as needed, gaining exposure to different facets of our organisation.

Compensation Standards

Write product or system development code. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.

Assist various departments with general administrative or operational tasks.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in company systems.

Support team members in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth workflow.
